You are an expert or manager in the field of international cooperation or will be accompanying your partner to the
country of deployment.
OBJECTIVES AND CONTENT
You will develop your competences in coping with complexity and diversity.
In this course, you will learn,
- how unconscious bias influences our thoughts, feelings and actions and how you can develop strategies against stereotypes and distortions of perception.
- to work with ambiguity and equivocation and shape intercultural interactions as processes of negotiation.
- to shed light on your various roles in the system of international cooperation.
- to reflect upon discrimination, also from the perspectives of privileged positions, and to develop options for action based on a respectful attitude.
NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
We recommend combining this offer with the “Country Analysis” course. Contains the offer of practical
consultations after departure.
