tech2D Technology Forum for Sustainable Development

Technology innovation can be a great enabler for development. The relevance of technological innovations such as speech recognition, robotics in geriatric care, 3D printing, nanotechnologies, artificial intelligence, drone use or new fuels is rapidly increasing. Meeting the Sustainable Development Goals will require action on various levels, including harnessing and maximizing the potential of technological innovation. The current technological revolution has an impact on all disciplines, industries and the world’s economy.

Together, we would like to identify promising technological innovations and understanding their relevance and potential usage in developing and emerging economies. Through the exchange with technology experts, GIZ seeks to identify common fields of action, cooperation potentials and challenges.

Join us for 1.5 days of inspiring talks, demos, performances, meaningful networking and meet and exchange with 200 selected interdisciplinary protagonists from all over the world on an intimate level, explore the possibilities of a partnership with the GIZ, and be involved in making a positive change towards sustainable development worldwide.
