Service Provider for the National Pathway Management Network (NPMN) Panel Study

The Presidential Youth Employment Intervention (PYEI) is the Government’s most comprehensive effort yet to move young people successfully from learning to earning. On behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH supports the Presidency in the coordination and implementation of the PYEI.

The National Pathway Management Network (NPMN) is a core component of the PYEI and creates a single-entry point for young people to access learning and earning opportunities. A secondary objective of the NPMN is to provide insight into the pathways into sustainable earning opportunities. GIZ is seeking to contract a service provider to design and conduct a longitudinal study to better understand the movements of young people with the support of the NPMN.

GIZ invites eligible and professional companies with local presence in South Africa to participate in this tender.
