Whistleblowers Support Platform for Reform (WSPR) Psychosocial support research

The Transparency, Integrity and Accountability Programme in South Africa (TIP) supports state and non-state actors in their independent roles to collaborate on implementing the National Anti-corruption Strategy (NACS). Through partnerships and collaboration, TIP works towards fostering active citizenry, developing capacities of key anti-corruption institutions and establishing multi-stakeholder partnerships.

Research is required to understand the psychosocial impact experienced by whistleblowers and their support structures during their whistleblowing journey and to gain insights into the challenges and trends faced by psychologists and mental health practitioners when providing support to whistleblowers. From the research the service provider is required to develop a Wellness Toolkit based on the research findings to guide and support both individual (potential) whistleblowers and mental health professionals involved in their care and a discussion paper on the findings from the practitioner’s perspective.

Your proposal must be submitted to by 16 February 2024. Please quote reference 83457455 when submitting the documentation. Late submissions will not be accepted. See tender documents below under the downloads tab.
