Further reading: A plea for regulatory policy 4.0
Dirk Aßmann, Sonja Kurz and Max Büge, all GIZ, have recently contributed to Friends of Europe´s latest report on "International Development and the Digital Age". In their article "A plea for regulatory policy 4.0" they outline the need for a regulatory policy 4.0 and the chances of international dialogue and cooperation in this field. Furthermore, they describe how GIZ´s work to promote start-ups, digital finance or digital literacy helped to analyse the requirements related to digital change.
