Digitalisation in development cooperation: data-driven and innovative

Digitalisation is an opportunity and an invitation to make development cooperation more effective and to respond to the possibilities of our age. Digital solutions are broad based and offer access to information and prospects for participation. GIZ supports digital transformation by focusing on value-oriented digitalisation together with its partners and leveraging digital technologies and innovations in all of its business areas and units – because data-driven working boosts results and efficiency.

The Compass GIZ.DIGITAL is a guiding principle for digital transformation. It leads GIZ into the digital world via two pathways: Digital for Development and Digital at Heart.
