Program Preparation Fund

The Project Preparation Fund is only used for the appraisal and preparation of Technical Cooperation measures from the section of "Sector projects" and "Global projects". Other studies, reports and small-scale Technical Cooperation measures cannot be implemented through the Project Preparation Fund. In summary, the Project Preparation Fund is not used to finance studies, reports and experts, including the necessary associated resources, which – due to the scope and discrete nature of the task – are not carried out as a separate project.
