Context:

Civil society organisations (CSOs) in the Eastern Partnership (EaP) countries that are committed to long-term and inclusive local development often have limited institutional structures and implementation systems. Many also lack financial and human resources, and have few opportunities for regional exchange and networking.

Objective:

CSOs in the EaP countries are better able to contribute to a resilient and inclusive local development.

Approach:

The project works through the following measures: Supporting local CSOs and youth organisations in the EaP countries in developing their institutional structures and implementation systems; Organising regional exchange and peer-learning formats to connect organisations across the EaP countries; Providing targeted grants for pilot measures that support inclusive local development and respond to the needs of vulnerable groups.
