Initial situation:

Public transport infrastructure and gender justice are a priority for the Indian Government. Yet many women, girls and members of vulnerable groups lack easy access to public transport.

Objective:

Women, girls and vulnerable groups increasingly use affordable, needs-based, green public transport.

Approach:

The project develops transport planning that promotes inclusion in selected cities. It analyses gender-disaggregated data and develops solutions for future-proof, gender-responsive mobility.
