In the spirit of a flexible approach to Technical Cooperation (TC) that is orientated towards rapidly changing framework conditions, the collective project commission "Studies and Experts Fund" (SFF) was set up for bilateral TC with the Kingdom of Morocco.
SFF II, the follow-up fund to SFF I (PN 2003.3505.9), is used to finance review missions for the preparation of new TC projects as well as studies and smaller-scale TC projects (individual measures) at short notice and with comparatively little administrative effort.
