Studies and Experts Fund II

Funds such as this bilateral fund for the Palestinian territories are mandates of the BMZ with a general purpose. This means that so-called individual measures can be flexibly financed. In the case of the Study and Skilled Workers Fund (SFF), these are usually project preparations or studies, as well as very small-volume project-complementing activities of short duration (less than one year) and with little use of GIZ staff (if any).
