GIZ through the Cambodian-German-Swiss-Luxembourg Improved Service Delivery for Citizens in Cambodia (ISD) Programme, Phase II, financed by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the Swiss Development Cooperation and Luxembourg (LuxAid) is seeking highly dedicated and knowledgeable national candidates for a Capacity Development Advisor position and three (03) Policy Advisors positions based in our Phnom Penh office.

The Cambodian-German-Swiss-Luxembourg Improved Service Delivery for Citizens in Cambodia (ISD) Programme, Phase II, financed by the German Government, the Swiss Development Cooperation and Luxembourg (LuxAid), aims to ensure that populations in selected Cambodian partner provinces access improved, inclusive, climate-sensitive and digital services at district and municipal levels. The programme runs from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2029. The programme is recruiting six District and Municipality Advisors (DMAs) for its provincial offices in Banteay Meanchey, Stung Treng, Siem Reap and Battambang.
