How to Successfully Submit your Bid:

• Ensure all documents are completed as specified in the tender document.
• Convert your bid into a PDF file and include all supporting documents in a single .zip folder attached to one email.
• Make sure the total attachment size does not exceed 20 MB, as larger files may fail to reach our inbox.
• Submit your bids electronically via email to @email.
• Ensure to submit your bid within the deadline. 

Avoid Common Mistakes:

• Don’t send your bid to any email address other than @email.
• Do not CC colleagues from our procurement department or any other individuals.
• Do not upload or share bids via open-source platforms such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar services, to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Do not submit bids as hard copies or via fax unless explicitly specified in the tender document.

Important Note:

Bids that do not follow the specified submission process will be rejected and cannot be considered.

GIZ reserves the right to cancel or modify tender opportunities and/or reject any bid, including technical and financial proposals, at any stage without providing any reason.
