The Advisor reports directly to the Project Director for PacFresH2O. The incumbent holds office in GIZ Haus Suva. Regular work-related travel to the countries of Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands (urban and rural areas) is required.The advisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing monitoring, evaluation, learning, communication and reporting activities to track project performance, assessing outcomes and impacts, and support evidence-based decision-making.
