Marketing, branding, and communication transfer packages
As part of the Regional Climate Partnership between Germany and the Western Balkans, the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ) is implementing the project “Green Agenda: Supporting the Western Balkans in Adapting to Climate Change” (GAWB), supported by BMZ, with an aim to support WB countries in adapting to climate change in accordance with the Green Agenda for Western Balkans. The project follows a multi-level approach, aiming to strengthen the capacities for planning and implementing climate adaptation strategies and measures at regional, national, and local levels.
Following the priorities of the GAWB, the project puts particular emphasis on supporting regional initiatives on climate adaptation (component 1), promoting the mainstreaming of climate adaptation in agriculture (component 2), and urban transport (component 3). More specifically, the WB Adapt project aims to:
• Develop strategies / tools for improved and evidence-based adaptation planning and decision-making,
• Implement scalable demonstration projects for adaptation action in agriculture and urban transport, with due consideration for gender equality and nature-based solutions,
• Promote regional knowledge sharing and policy dialogue on climate adaptation.
The requested services under this public call focus on all project components and activities. Moreover, the services provider is expected to support the dissemination of the project results and deliverables via integrated multi-aspect marketing and communication activities and to develop transfer packages with regional relevance for various stakeholder groups.
In line with the above-mentioned, the project is calling for expressions of interest from eligible companies willing to participate in the tender for providing the requested services, based on the following criteria:

Note: In the case of a consortium, the members should clearly specify the lead company. It is not necessary for each consortium member individually to meet all minimum participation criteria, but the consortium as a whole must collectively fulfill them.
Interested companies that meet the technical requirements will be provided with detailed specifications to submit their offers.
Location: Western Balkans
Planned period of assignment: November 2025- December 2026
How to apply: All legal entities registered in North Macedonia interested in applying and that fulfill the requirements, should send the documents listed in the table below by e-mail latest by 16.10.2025 to @email.
The subject of the email should be “83500643 Expression of interest (company name)”.
Applicants will be shortlisted based on eligibility criteria and ONLY short-listed candidates will be invited to participate in the next stage of the procurement procedure. Candidates who have not been contacted should consider that there will be no follow-up to their application.
