GIZ Laos carries out the tenders of all projects implemented by GIZ in Lao PDR. All bidding opportunities, including procurement and contract, can be found, and downloaded through the link below.
Eligible suppliers or service providers are invited to register online to obtain free tendering documents by emailing to @email from 08:30 am to 16:00 pm, local time. Please indicate your full address with the reference or tender number and attach your Enterprise Registration Certificate and Business Licenses (both back and front page when registering for registration. However, if you are an individual consultant, the business license is not required).
Only potential suppliers and service providers will be contacted.
The financial settlement process will be divided into two steps for goods and services: Invoicing will be preceded by what is known as service entry sheet (LERF). The actual invoicing will be based on the LERF checked by GIZ. The payment term remains unchanged from the date of submission of the LERF.
