Open Call for Expression of Interest: Creation of Pool of Experts

We are inviting qualified professionals to express their interest in joining a pool of experts for a potential future engagement. 

The SPARK project is in the process of identifying and pre-selecting experts who may be called upon to support upcoming initiatives in the areas of social protection and labor activation. This call is open to individuals with demonstrated experience in one or more of the following fields: 

• Advocacy and engagement with national-level policy makers; 
• Conducting social mapping in local communities; 
• Training and capacity building related to accessing state funding for social and socio-economic services; 
• Providing technical support to national stakeholders and policy makers, including analysis and development of policy documents, in the sector of social protection, social inclusion and/or labour activation; 

Interested experts are invited to submit: 

• A current CV 
• A brief summary (up to one page) outlining their relevant expertise and experience. 

Please note that this call is issued solely for the purpose of establishing a database of qualified experts. It does not constitute a commitment to hire, nor does it imply any contractual obligation at this stage. Engagements, if any, will be subject to specific needs and will follow appropriate procurement procedures at a later stage.
