Advancing Access to Justice, Protection, and Institutional Strengthening

The publications and knowledge products showcased under the GIZ TZ Access to Justice Programs i.e. PRoLA (Promotion of Rule of Law and Judiciary in Africa) and SAFE (Society in Action for Equality) projects were developed to strengthen justice sector institutions and improve access to justice for vulnerable groups. The projects enhanced the capacity of the Judiciary, Police, Legal Aid Providers, ADR Practitioners, Paralegals, and Civil Society Organizations, while expanding legal awareness, protection, and support services particularly for women, children, survivors of gender-based violence and Small and Medium Entrepreneurs in Tanzania.
