Two instructional videos support implementation of the LERF billing process
GIZ Jordan has developed two instructional videos to support business partners and staff in applying the billing process correctly and efficiently.
The first video explains the purpose of the LERF within the billing process and provides clear guidance on how business partners and consultants are expected to complete the form correctly. It also highlights key points to ensure smooth processing and to avoid delays. An Arabic-subtitled version of this video has been made available to further improve accessibility for business partners.
Building on this introduction, a second video has now been developed with a stronger practical focus. It is designed specifically for GIZ Jordan’s business partners and provides a hands-on walkthrough of a full billing example, explaining the process step by step in a simple and practical manner.
The objective of both videos is to support accurate invoice submission, improve understanding of billing procedures, and reduce avoidable delays caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation.
Together, the videos contribute to greater process clarity and transparency and support smoother collaboration between GIZ Jordan and its partners.
